In the initial offering of the course, we limit enrollment to 24 students who will work on the laboratories in pairs. We are requiring that the students purchase a book on MATLAB [6]. We distribute laboratory materials on a weekly basis in printed and World Wide Web formats. Next, we give the course pre-requisites, equipment, personnel, and grading.
